I believe videos and pictures will never be able to adequately depict what a person sees in real life. One must experience the world with 'glittering eyes' as Roald Dahl suggests--not focus so much on trying to make the documentation look good. I say this because I can get lost in trying to capture the moment rather than soak it in fully.
Still, I will always enjoy taking pictures of family, friends, and new experiences. They're nice memories to look back on. I made this video today: A few of my favorite clips compiled to the tune of 'Rawnald Gregory Erickson the Second.' Some clips go as far back as 2005. If I were to compile all of my favorite moments caught on camera into a video similar to this one, it would probably be twice as long as the Lord of the Rings trilogy; however, I won't be doing that any time soon.

Mary! I love this video! It definitely made my day to see some of Blue 4 there ... especially Pook skipping and blowing raspberries, and Steph sharing lunch with a chicken. :o) I can't wait to see you next month!
